Phone interview: I do not remember specifics about the phone interview. I remember I talked to a women on the phone and she asked me to tell her about my background, my story essentially, interests, likes, etc. Then I spent some time asking her about her background. I remember the conversation largely being informal but I cannot remember what specific questions she asked, although I'm sure she did. Probably about where I see myself in 5 years, etc. Standard questions. Why I wanted to work at Epic, or what I was interested in. I'm not sure the process is still the same but the phone interview was pretty standard. In-person interview: This was a much more intense process. All day, included multiple tests, scenarios, case interviews with another candidate, a 10-minute presentation, a 2 minute speed math test
