They might not ask for a cover letter but boy do they make you work for an interview. The interview day itself was fine, but it around 4 hours because you had to sit through presentations.

First submitted info at an undergraduate job fair. Then had a wonderful phone interview. Took the intense online test (another company watches you via Skype as you complete four phases). Received a rejection, but was then flown out a few weeks later for an on-campus interview. Met with multiple personal, took a case study for each position and completed a presentation for the PM position. Received rejection.
