Interview
Application, phone interview, then assessments. There were like 5 of them and they all took 1-2 hours each. Total waste of time. They also were very inconsiderate of my time, and did not give me much heads up about the length, or due dates.
They first asked for a phone interview, which was pretty easy. Then, there is an online assessment that is more of an IQ test if anything. They ask some very odd questions, and then there is an open-ended programming section. The assessment has a timer, but it is not timed.

How do you use programming in your day-to-day life?
There was a presentation that happened over two interviews, a system design round and a leetcode round. Then there was an HR round that happened with a recruiter and we also discussed compensation and what would happen going forward
Heavily test based. Some calls gauge genuine interest in the industry and company. This at least applies to my experience, may not be universally true for all roles across the org.
