I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2023
Interview

Phone interview/screening with a designer and the assessment and the personality questionnaire. The phone call was chill, but the assessment felt very unrelated to the job description and basically an IQ test.
A bit of a long, drawn-out process, but pretty fun overall and you get to learn about the company and the culture there. Phone interview -> UI/UX brief -> final interview
applied online and got a phone call interview with a ux designer... was basically just 3 questions. I didn't make it past this interview though which sucks cus they barely asked questions so how would they know about me
