Interview
Was offered a place on a zoom with other candidates. A current PM talked to us about the job and company. Next, an assessment has to be completed and eventually, if that looks good, you should get another interview.

Question 1
They ask you why Epic, but they also offer you the chance to ask them questions. I have not declined the offer yet. I am still in the assessment phase.
The process included a seminar about the position, an online assessment, and a final interview that began as an informational session. This was followed by a 30-minute group case study, a 10-minute individual presentation, and a one-on-one interview with the recruiter, which was fairly relaxed and mostly behavioral.
Very pleasant phone interview! Talked with a colleague currently in the same role about expectations, his experiences, plus the city of Madison itself. I found it easy to gauge mutual interest.
