I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was thorough and well-designed. After applying, I had a pre-screening call with someone in the TS position and I had to take the Sphinx assessment. After that, Epic reached out to me to schedule my interviews. On the interview day, I spoke with 4 people: - A senior person who gave an overview of the company and a demo of the software. This was a group session. - Someone in the TS role who gave an overview of the role and answered questions. This was a group session. - A technical case study where I was presented with a situation and had to describe what I would do. - An interview with HR. I also had to do a programming assessment, which I chose to do in pseudocode. This was at the introductory CS class level, but it is definitely helpful if you know basic data structures. I received an offer from my recruiter after a week.

Question 1
How would you evaluate and respond to client demands?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Epic in Jul 2026
Interview
The assessment was 3-4 hours long with a combination of logic and math questions, they were slightly harder than SAT questions but nothing too tricky. There is a section where they teach you a new programming language, which also should not be hard if you have taken an intro class to any language.
