Heard back within hours of my application, asked to complete a Rembrandt profile and scheduled a phone interview within the week, which asked standard questions about working in a team and content on my resume, and took about 20 minutes. This coincided with the first of two skills assessments, which had a two-minute "speed" test with logic and math questions, a 20-question math test, a 20-question test to see how well you can learn a new programming language, and four Leetcode/HackerRank programming questions. This took about two hours and was quite draining. Two weeks later, they scheduled another skills assessment and an interview day. The second assessment only took 30-45 minutes, where you had to answer 20 math questions and 20 logic questions within a time limit. These were harder questions than the original assessment but overall a better experience due to the shorter length. The interview day was three and a half hours long, consisted of an hour-long overview of the company, a 45-minute overview of the Technical Solutions Engineer position, a 45-minute overview and interview for the Analytics Systems Administrator position, and a 30-minute debriefing with my recruiter. The interview consisted of situational questions related to leadership, manager-developer interactions, and vendor interactions. I received the offer after three business days. Overall, the process was not bad, they were prompt in their communication and I had a good experience with my recruiter. I think the online assessments were overbearing and needed shortened, and the hour-long company overview was not worth my time, but everything else was worth it, or at least I understood why it was included.
