The company recruits by being more interested in how many obscure math riddles and questions about how many carbohydrates a product has , than about your development capabilities. This was not a fair evaluation and I nope'd out of this "technical" assessment ASAP.

4 Total interview: HR Behavioral, Coding Assessment, 4 Hr long company culture talk followed by coding challenge with Sr Software Dev hiring manager. Interview process was smooth and fairly easy, they did demonstrate their product from different end user's perspective - really helpful for those who don't often see the nurse/doctor's interaction.

It was question about requirements gathering and how I, as a developer, what details would I prefer to see in a story/ticket that is not a norm.
Their interview process is super time consuming and kind of annoying. They're online "personality exam" is long winded and not that relevant. I feel like it was used to weed out applicants who have actual lives.
