I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone interview followed by a test. Day long on campus interview/ tour. Very friendly people. It was hard to tell when I was being evaluated and when they were simply allowing me to see if/ how I would fit in with the organization.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
I submitted my resume online for QA and was contacted within the week. I had a phone interview (~45 minutes) and completed 2 online tests. One was lengthy and took about 2 hours, the other was a psychological assessment. About a week after tests and phone interview were complete, I was asked to come for a campus interview. Two days prior to the on-site interview, HR called to ask if I'd be interested in applying for the position of Trainer as well. I said yes and HR asked me to prep a quick 10-minute presentation on any topic, as well as a short 2-minute presentation on any topic. The interview was great, very relaxed. The people I met were welcoming and informative. During the interview day, there was another hour-long paper test. After on-site interview, received an offer 5 days later for Trainer (instead of QA).

Interview
Applied online (really short), took personality assessment, took the online assessment (takes about 2 hours), a phone interview (about 25 minutes), and then they flew me out to Madison to have an all day onsite interview. Everyone was really nice, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. They even let me spend an extra day in Madison when I asked.
