Phone call with someone at the company in the role I was interviewing for. Then final interview. No technical questions. Were more curious about the type of person you are and how you can contribute.

Question 1
What was a project you worked on where you disagreed with your team leader and how did you handle it?
Initial interview which is pretty much one way introduction of the company. Then three hour technical assessment (proctored) involving coding without any external help. Plus you would need to complete the Rembrandt profile.

Interview
Initial phone interview with current solutions engineer that is very informative and asks a few questions about your future goals. Then you are given a personality and technical exam. Technical exam can be challenging and involves a logic, math, and two coding sections. Coding sections are difficult if you are out of practice and require quick logic and math solutions.
It started with a quick phone interview. Then the 2nd interview was with a manager. The final interview was role play exercise to see how you would handle a certain situation
