Submitted my app online and was contacted fairly quickly about a phone interview. It was pretty standard and nothing to stress out about. I then took the skills assessment, which I thought I bombed. I got called for an in-person interview about a week later. Epic paid for a hotel stay in Downtown Madison and a dinner with some other candidates and current Epic employees. I highly suggest taking advantage of this dinner. The interview process started with a software demonstration. I then met with a current member of Qualify Assurance to discuss the role further and to ask any questions I had. After this I did a problem solving scenario with another member of QA, which wasn't difficult but requires you to think well on your feet. After this I had my end of day HR interview. This was pretty standard. She asked me what I thought of the position and how everything went. She also asked some behavioral questions. I was contacted 2 days later with an offer for a Project Manager position (I interviewed for both) or a Software Tester position. I accepted the PM position.
