I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jun 2025
Interview
After completing the OA (2 min math, math/logic puzzles, and 4 coding questions), I was invited to complete an onsite round. There were four interviews the first and second were to help sell you on Epic and the role itself (presentation and Q&A with TSE's). The third round was a case study and the last round was with the recruiter covering logistics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the case study section I was asked how to prioritize customers based on their problems and my familiarity with them.
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Interview
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
