Interview
First was an easy phone interview. Then there was an online proctored exam (2 parts) that was sort of an IQ and programming assessment. Then there was a site visit part of the interview which was a from 9am-2:30pm. This part involved info sessions, Q&A sessions, a tour, a group case assessment, a presentation you gave (10 min), 1 on 1 interview, and individual cases assessment. The campus was really beautiful and the people were all nice. Interview was not too challenging- I didn't prepare a lot for it.

First was a brief phone interview, then an online assessment, then they flew me out to Madison, WI for an interview. The assessment was very intrusive. They have you use an online proctoring system that forces you to allow the third party company employees to take remote control of your system.

After messaging you online to get you to apply and interview, there is a 30 minute interview, which is a phone conversation. After this interview, you have to take online assessments, which include a coding assessment and other logical tests. If these tests go well, you move onto further interviews
