Epic Project-Manager interview questions

Received email from recruiter, submitted application online after looking at website. They called and gave me a 30 minute interview over the phone and then I received correspondence the next day that they would like to fly me out for an on-site interview consisting of a presentation, additional application and background check.

Contacted via email by a recruiter, followed by a short phone interview, and then a follow-up to plan the trip to Wisconsin for the on-site interview. I have only had the phone interview to date and am leaving in two days for the on-site interview, so I am perusing this site for insight.
