Interview
Started with a phone screen with a full-time UX designer, then did a take-home design challenge. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview where I did a case study interview with a full-time UX designer and a final behavioral interview with a recruiter.

Have you worked on a project with people in other roles?
Just did the initial 15 minute phone call. It was mostly general, easy questions about yourself and your interests. All in all, it was a very straightforward phone interview with no surprises.
