Two phone interviews followed by in-person interview with the local manager responsible for the hire. After receiving very favorable feedback, a final interview was set up with the senior sales manager in NY City. At this point things went South. I found the NY manager to be focused on "selling" and less on problem solving. We did not connect and I did not get the offer.
