I had an interview with the recruiter and then was passed to an interview with the manager of the respective area they wanted a SM for. The interview was scheduled 30 min but extended to over one hour.

It consisted mostly of me listening to all the issues a SM would have to navigate if accepting the position and ended with are you still interested? I said I was but the recruiter just never got back to me. I even reached out for feedback and received nothing. The recruiter made this experience unprofessional.
