Interview
There was no interview for the original placement. I was placed through Modis "of paper." However, I interviewed for a promotion and it was very informal. I met with the Department Head and the project supervisor. They ask me questions off my resume and were very friendly. They ultimately placed a paralegal in the position I was applying for (I am an attorney) because the job duties require mostly assignment of duties, rather than casework.
