You just have to hang out there all the time and preach whatever they are saying, whether it is true or not. They preach about things like 'Intention' and 'Awareness'. Bettering oneself is ostensibly taught as a core value. But if you intellectually question the culture, they will not listen to you. They will reject you like a bunch of religious fanatics.
