I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (Miami Beach, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied on the company website for this position and was called a few days later. The phone call had some brief qualifying questions and then at the end, I was asked if I could come in to interview a few days later.
I arrived to my interview 15 minutes early (this is something they check for.) After checking in for my interview, I sat in the lobby for about 30 minutes. This company pays attention to what applicants do while they wait. Being on your cell phone, for example, can really hurt you.
I had two interviewers who asked me a series of questions. They use the STAR model interview. Situation/Task, Action, Result. It is important to prepare multiple examples and be sure to include each part of the acronym in your answer.
