I applied with an employee referral. They called me after a few days and did an impromptu phone interview. After the phone interview, they told me they would follow up if I made it to the next step in the hiring process. I came in for two more interviews in total. After the third interview (1 phone and 2 in person), they once again told me they'll get back to me. (This was all a ruse to make them look selective) They contacted me again to have me come in for "feedback," during which they gave me an offer in person. They do this so you are more likely to accept on the spot. None of the interviews were challenging in any way. As long as you are a good talker, you're fine. r
