Applied online and received a call same day. Interviewed on the phone with regional spa manager, and then was asked to come in for an in-person. I met with the director in her office and then was asked to demonstrate skills at basic facial protocol.

Great interview. Sounds like a healthy working environment with decent pay. Benefits are free gym membership as well as 40% off spa. It sounds like you get quite a bit of additional training and coaching once hired.

Asked some initially great questions and helped explain the position in more detail as well as the services they provide. Also went over the product line that they had been using at the time.

Interview
Very straight forward. Very upbeat and the interviewer seemed genuinely interested in my skill and ability to succeed in the role. The mangers I met with were very down to earth and clear on expectations of the business.
