Applied online. After a couple of days they invited me to an individual interview. Then they "selected" around 8-10 people for a group interview. After 2 days they let me know if I got the position

Question 1
1 to 1: Why Equinox? Talk about yourself (personal and background), how is your motto and style of training
Group: introducing yourself and background. Demonstrate a random movement (squat, lunge...), finally they put you in small groups and give you an scenario, then the group has to design a programme and present it to the rest of the groups
