I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
They asked me basic questions, pretty much culture fit for a financial analyst role. Anyone could've applied to this job. I asked questions about training, which they said they would have and they did not stay true.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Equinox (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an interview. After a brief self-introduction, the recruiter ended the call once I mentioned I needed sponsorship. The interview lasted about five minutes. I can’t really complain—it’s just the reality.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (New York, NY)
Interview
I was referred internally for the position. HR rescheduled two phone interviews at the last minute, and then rescheduled an on-site interview mere hours before. Made it to the third round and then was ghosted from the interview process altogether. I had another offer at the time and was unable to get in touch with the HR team so Equinox was out of the question. Bummer! Aside from the poor coordination, I enjoyed the direct teams I met.
