They had me go to four separate interviews spread out over a two week period. The practical interviews were on separate days than the sit-down interviews, and one of the sit-down interviews lasted for five minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (Miami Beach, FL) in Dec 2012
Interview
It took them a while to contact me. I had to be proactive, or I don't think I would have been seen. Met with almost every staff member to see if I was the right fit for the team. Seemed like everyone wasn't necessarily on the same page. Perhaps an overemphasis on what it looks like than what it really is.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (Aventura, FL) in Dec 2012
Interview
All three South Florida locations have a different vibes. Aventura: Rich or think they're rich complaining vibe, Coral Gables: Soccer moms/suburban vibe, South Beach: I'm important/Look at me vibe. Was interviewed in Aventura and hired for South Beach. Met a lot of people before I was hired. A lot of attention was given to how you look & carry yourself. They liked my confidence and ability to talk freely about any question they had for me. They did not ask me if I had any questions for them. I had to ask them and they weren't thrilled to answer any of my questions. So I had a pretty good idea what I was getting into... All about them an less about me.
