I originally applied in person at the front desk. I interviewed with AGM, then GM, then RGM. The whole process took about a week and was offered a position shortly after. The whole process was pretty straight forward.
I think this job is a scam. They straight ask you to pay for your own training. They asked me about my background and spent a lot of time talking about their own position. I didn't ask a lot of questions because I was desperate at the time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Equinox in Jan 2016
Interview
Pretty long. They made me meet with 10 or 11 different people over the 2 weeks. A lot of it seemed like a waste of time. Overall nice, but the questions seemed very canned.
