I applied online and got an email the next day through Smartr. Scheduled a Zoom Interview the following day with the District Manager. Zoom interview was quick, about 30 mins. Pay rate of $17.24/hr for a manager position. Got a follow-up interview to be scheduled at another location in-person. Declined due to pay rate being too low for me.

Easy interview: Was asked questions about past retail experience, what led you to apply for the position, why you would be a good fit, etc. I asked most of the questions during the 30 mins about the day-to-day.
