It was very simple, asked about my experience and if I can handle multiple kids at once.
Seemed like they were interested since they said they would reach out until they get up and running. I reached out a month before they said they would email back and they said they had someone already ? But still asked about my schedule?

Simple - to the point. Asked about background and reason for wanting the role. Should be straightforward if you’ve interviewed for a basic minimum wage position previously. It was an enjoyable experience working for the club, unfortunately they shut down kids club during Covid and we got laid off. They never brought it back and the club permanently closed this past fall. Bummer.

The Conversation revolves around my experience with children. What would you do in certain situations and how you handle stress. Talk about education background and if you are cpr certified usually a couple managers are present
