Straightforward interviews, I had two (two different locations) everyone seemed nice and they seem to be looking for passionate people with energy and a cool demeanor, I got offered a job at both places but I took the second one because it was closer.

I had two phone interviews before I was asked to actually go to the location and speak with the management directly. Once there, it was a very personable conversation more than an interview, which was more comfortable.
