The interview process was fairly simple. Arranged a meeting with the regional recruiter to meet at a property in the portfolio. The meeting was with the Community Manager and Recruiter, so 2:1. A few days after, was called back to setup a meeting with the regional manager in the corporate office. Regional manager informed me that I would be coming aboard. Started 2 weeks later.

Interview
Took about two weeks. I submitted an online application and then contacted the hiring manager. I then received an email from one of the recruiters the next day asking to set up a phone interview. After that I came into the corporate office, to do a skype interview with the head hiring manager. I was offered the position at the end of the interview.
