Erie Home Sales Manager In Training interview questions

I had a Phone Screen interview over the phone, then 2 in-person interviews. The second in-person interview was a waste of my time. The manager made his mind up about me the minute I walked in the door. He repeated the same questions and after I asked questions it was clear that being female and not in my 20s made me not a good fit in his eyes. He said I’d be the only female and he was clearly concerned I wouldn’t fit with all the 20-something guys in the bullpen.
