Etsy Team Leader interview questions

Was contacted through a social site saying they are interested in me, tool about a week to set up phone interview with recruiting manager who sounded very positive, took another week for phone interview with dept head who asked many questions regarding current experience. Was told i would get a response with the week, took 2 weeks to get a vague response.
