Interview
One inexperienced recruiter called me then I got the interview call from some person & I don't know about the agenda & this company seems to have its own process. Then I got the feedback from that inexperienced recruiter that I am not fit for the role & he himself doesn't know the feedback.
Like all times, Glassdoor is of no use for any valid information. And before trying for this organisation, better check for the agenda of each round. Though I suggest not to waste your time for this organisation.
