I cannot understand who would enjoy working here because there are practically no benefits.

Cons

Management is extremely controlling while having no clear idea of what it is doing or where the company should go. Arrogance prevents any meaningful feedback from being accepted. Employees are forced to follow unnecessary restrictions, seek approval for even minor tasks, and endure constant monitoring. The environment became completely suffocating, and leaving was the only option.
