There are no pros except they are professional con artists.

Cons

This company has no clear direction. Management controls every little step, so even simple task turn into long back and forth, which slows everything down. Their systems are outdated and instead of improving them, they just keep patching things together. VERY CHAOTIC. Also, there's no transparency and no job security. It ends up being a place where you're just trying to keep up without any real direction. Only consider joining this company as a last resort.
