Pros

Huge growth potential for company. Lot of Dev work. Decent work-life balance. Working on very high performance & low latency frameworks. People are valued and respected. Mistakes are okay if not repeated. Code gets pushed to prod asap and you can see the impact of your change immediately. Flexible working hours.

Cons

-Not so great hikes. -Not much onsite opportunities.

No growth, No learning, They will make you to kill 3+ years, No contacts with ex employees

Higher management is good. If they know about you fine. Otherwise.....

Cons

Lower management and technical team is worse, you will not learn any thing here unless if you find some time to manage and learn outside. No appriciation. Work is yours and credit will get others. After completion of your bond, you are not in a position to leave the company.

If you won't bother about ur career and growth and want to put hardwork only. It would be suggestable.

Cons

Not interested about employee career, growth. Creating petty issues to frighten employees while leaving. Filled with family members and of full partiality. Recruitment is fully false and irregular
