Pros

Good company to work and have wonderful flexibility of work life balance. Nice learning and opportunity given to put forward your ideas and thoughts.

Cons

Top management is not very friendly and have attitude of their own, any question asked there is no proper response for it. The HR admin wants to interfere in every departments work very rude to talk to the employees. No empathy showed towards the employees and there feelings.
