Fast growing company with strong leadership. I work with people who are very intelligent and great at what they do. With fast growth comes some changes and the team is adaptable and flexible which is important.

Company poised for next level of growth. Peer group companies being acquired and consolidating. Great management team with impressive recent hires. On the right path.

Cons

The company is looking for do'ers, not managers. Be ready to own and take on responsibility from day 1.
