Interview
Applied online, contacted to move forward through a 3rd party where you had to record a few videos of yourself answering questions and role playing phone call senarios and how you would handle them, an in person speed round type of interview with 12 employees for whom you answered 1 question per employee in a 90 second timeframe. I was notified I'm a finalist for the position and they are conducting my background check through an outside company.

Question 1
How you had handled a phone call from an irrate customer.

Interview
Hands down the stupidest interview. Someone in another review described it best: "Like virtual speed dating." So it was like a main room with everyone, then you get sent into the one on one for a single question. Each question was a different person. They give you like 45 seconds to answer, but waste 20 seconds introducing themselves. Then back to the main room. Rinse and repeat for 10 questions. Got a canned rejection only HOURS after the interview. Complete waste of time.

The interview process was very easy, interviewed with several different person, easy interview questions but the background check process was a long wait. But after every process I was hired.
