The process started off with a phone interview that lasted approximately 15-20 minutes. Includes a brief introduction and rundown of resume. Next was a 1 hour-long interview with the hiring team via Microsoft teams. Consisted of an introduction, in-depth review of resume, and behavioral questions.

Two behavioral questions, very conversational. Mostly talked about their backgrounds and the job description as opposed to a strict interview with set questions. Asked about some stuff on my resume.
