I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Evolve (Denver, CO) in Aug 2021
Interview
Three separate interviews, and you have to give a presentation of sorts.
The interview itself was very straight forward. I didn't get a job offer but was not informed of this until for over two weeks and after the projected start date. By the time I was informed it was clear the company went with another candidate.
I was also not given any feedback whatsoever as to why I was not chosen. This was odd to me, especially considering I made it to the final round.
Finally, during the entire process I was not given any salary information whatsoever. When I asked about compensation expectations I was given a vague answer with no definitive expectation - not even how goals are calculated.

How are your current goals calculated and how do you disperse them to the team?
