Phone call with HR, a phone call with the hiring manager, zoom interview with the hiring manager, and 4 other people. Zoom interviews lasted 3 hours total. The hiring manager seemed completely disinterested during the phone call including responding to my questions with an unrelated answer. Clearly leading questions to discover if I have children. Communication beyond that phone call was poor at best. A project was assigned less than 24 hours before it was due for the final zoom interviews. That could be planned on their part, but it's not a good sign of how things work at their company if that's expected for interviews.
