Energetic and personal interviewers that put me at ease. They were both fairly new at their jobs but seemed quite enthusiastic and satisfied with their employment- always a good sign. It was a 3-part, 90 minute interview. It was supposed to begin with an opportunity for me to ask questions of a like sales associate and that person did not show up. At the end, they did not tell me "next steps" or ask for references although I forget to ask. Still waiting on an offer.
