I had an intro interview with the recruiter for this role/department, and it was probably the nicest interviewer I'd ever had (for the intro recruiter phase). I've had a lot of intro recruiter calls/zooms when I'm looking for a new job, but this one was pretty much amazing. We talked about my experience, about Evolve, and our mutual fits. Next was an assessment since it is a writing role. I worked on a few different stages of what a listing would hopefully look like at Evolve. I had 2-3 business days to finish it, so plenty of time to get it just right! Last was two different panel interviews. I had a 30 minute interview with potential teammates, then a 45 minute interview with potential managers. The one with teammates was a little rushed since it was only 30 mins and it was an important role, so they mainly ask you the questions. The second one was really, really fun as the management at Evolve is ran by just great people. We talked for the whole 45 minutes and I got to ask a lot of great questions to management. Ultimately someone else was chosen over me, but I absolutely loved this process at Evolve and hope something else opens up in the future where I can apply again!
