Initial 30-minute recruiter call followed by three 45-min zoom interviews. The initial call and first two interviews were fine. The person who conducted the final interview seemed disinterested and unengaged. Half-way through the final interview I became suspicious that I was not actually being seriously considered for the role. My suspicion was confirmed after I was ghosted following the final interview. My follow-up communications were ignored. Frustrating behavior from a company that lists 'Honest Communication' as a core value.
