They utilize a "Score Card" system in conjunction with an exhausting barrage of S.T.A.R questions spread across four interviews Initial Screening, and then three 45-minute interviews. Seemed Game Show-like rather than a thoughtful discussion of experience and how it actually applies to the job. Ridiculous non-applicable feedback was given with the rejection letter, almost like they shook a feedback magic 8-ball. I think they did me a favor.
