I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Evonik (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2022
Interview
Had initial phone calls with talent management and the hiring manager. This was followed up by virtual panel interviews with a cross functional global team. Shortly thereafter I had a face to face interview with the hiring manager. An offer was presented within a few days with some subsequent negotiation. While the offer was fair and my experience with the hiring team was excellent, I ended up taking another opportunity that was more aligned to my passions and skillset. Overall, this interview experience was really good. I will be keeping my eye on Evonik in the future
