Interview
Evonik reached out to me very quickly after I sent them my resume. First interview was with HR for about 15min. Evonik then contacted me about a week later to schedule a second interview which has 2 parts. The first part was with managers (45min), and the second part was with coworkers (another 45min), there is a 15min break in between.
The interview process at Evonik included one interview with a representative of HR and two other forty minutes technical interviews with the team. The technical interviews happened on the same day.
