I offer my opinion and suggestion in the most respectful way but please update your hiring process. I do understand it is interview heavy to weed out candidates. However, my experience was positive then ended negatively. Not because I didn’t receive an offer, it was negative because you guys talk about transparency but weren’t forthcoming about the years of experience you were looking for until AFTER I went through 6-7 rounds of interviews. I would’ve never applied if I new you guys were looking for for 5-10 years of experience. It was just a waste of time in my opinion. My experience level is clearly listed on my resume , so dragging out the interview process when it’s not necessary for candidates who clearly don’t have the “experience” you guys are looking for is off putting . It made me feel you guys weren’t as “transparent” as you guys preach . List off what exact qualities , experience level etc . In the job description. Saves candidates and your hiring team a lot of time . Unfortunately now I feel like I was just interviewed for diversity data.
