A fair and interesting interview process. Part of the interview process had me presenting a 30-60-90 day plan which is a great idea to demonstrate what my plans are. Where I think Expel excelled at is the constant feedback loop with their in-house HR/Recruiter after each interview phase and step. This helped keep me interested in the multiple interviews I was having with the team. Where I think they could get better is to provide more exposure outside your department in the interview process as candidates like myself do like to understand how the entire organization is doing outside of my own team. The other ding I would have is that while this was considered a remote role managing remote sellers, they wanted someone "in the region" which I felt was counterintuitive as that person would also need to jump on a plane to meet his/her team equally as someone outside of their region. Overall though I think they know what is best for their team and while sad to not be able to get the role I do think strongly of their interview process.
